Interview and Hiring Process
The hiring process is a collaborative process that involves
one or more teachers on staff at MHS that are in the same department and
knowledgeable in the content areas.
These employees are free to ask questions directly related to the
schools mission and the county strategic plan.
This process gives MHS teachers a sense of involvement with what/how the
school is evolving. Once a group
decision has been recommended the recommendation is forwarded to the Board of
Education to be voted on.
